We challenge you to compare our warranty to the warranty of any roofing product you are considering for use on your home. Our warranty is clearly superior. When you choose to have a PermaLock aluminum shingle roof on your home, you put an end – once and for all – to your roofing worries.
Your roof is backed by a lifetime warranty as well as a lifetime workmanship warranty. In the event that a service call would need to be performed, we ask that you do the following:

Provide photos or video of area in question.

Sign provided service call form.

Upon receiving signed service call form, Forever Metal Shingles will schedule a service visit.
There is no up-front fee for service calls. In the event that the issue is not related to the work performed during installation, the customer would be responsible to pay a service call fee to compensate the installers for their time.
